Mobilization/Demobilization: $500 one-time charge allowed at start and end of assignment.

*Responsibilities:*
* Ensure all projects prioritize Safety and Environmental Compliance.
* Manage or support phases of major projects, including development, site development, permitting, scope development, contract negotiations, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and transition to operation.
* Manage phases of smaller improvement projects, including permitting, contract negotiations, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
* Develop and manage overall project budget and schedule.
* Manage project financial spend plan and cost forecast.
* Manage contracts and commercial aspects with suppliers and contractors.
* Utilize the PM Tollgate process for project stages.
* Handle all project-related administrative requirements.
*Qualifications/Experience:*
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management and relevant technologies.
* Working knowledge of power generation and pollution control equipment.
* General knowledge of construction and operational field work practices.
* Familiarity with OSHA scaffolding requirements and industry safety practices.
* Strong team-building skills and ability to lead teams effectively.
* Skill in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work.
* Capability in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Effective negotiation skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to develop, manage, and monitor project performance.
* Ability to resolve technical problems and implement changes.
* Ability to work with all levels of management and staff.
