*Description*
candidates will be working in a Call Center setting processing 60-80 referrals per day. They will be responsible for coordinating with the Eligibility Team, Case Managers, and Prior Auth Nurses to process emergency Authorizations. This is a Desk and Customer Service Role so candidates must be comfortable being on the telephones and sitting at a work station.
