The Product Owner plays a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of personalized e-commerce experiences. We are seeking a contractor product owner to support our orchestrated customer journeys pod as part of the personalization product team
As a core member of the Agile Scrum team, the Product Owner works closely with the Product Manager to align the product roadmap with strategic business objectives. They are responsible for managing the Product Backlog, defining, and prioritizing user stories, and ensuring that the development team delivers impactful customer experiences. This role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Analytics, and Design to identify and implement solutions that optimize the customer journey and drive measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of AJO, personalization frameworks, and agile methodologies, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business goals.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the product backlog and prioritize user stories for Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations.
Define and deliver batch and trigger-based marketing campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, engineering, and data teams to align on campaign execution and optimization.
Ensure seamless integration of customer data, segments, and real-time triggers into AJO.
Provide ongoing improvements to campaign automation and personalization strategies.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Strong understanding of batch and trigger-based campaigns, audience segmentation, and personalization.
Agile/Scrum experience-ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams and deliver iteratively.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
