Key Responsibilities:
* Process Automation: Build and automate processes using low-code options within Microsoft tools. This includes automating specific reporting and other privacy processes.
* Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced Excel skills to automate tasks.
* Workflow Management: Improve the privacy impact assessment process, currently managed in Excel, and streamline workflows using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
* Tool Exploration: Explore and utilize existing low-code tools within Microsoft to enhance efficiency and automation.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excel Guru: Proficient in Excel, including macros and automation.
* Microsoft Tools: Strong understanding of Microsoft tools and the ability to build processes within them.
* Low-Code Solutions: Experience with low-code options to automate tasks without extensive coding.
* Privacy/Compliance Knowledge: Basic understanding of operations or compliance elements in a privacy/compliance landscape.
* Collaboration: Ability to work closely with team members and support their automation needs.
* Onsite Availability: Available to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.

The pay range for this position is $37.41 - $40.82/hr.
