*Description*
-The Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for supporting clients who have contracted for Reimbursement Services.
-This is a client facing role that requires the candidate to work closely with Integration Services, Account Management and Sales to successfully support implementation of the Reimbursement Program for new clients and support them through the lifecycle of the program.
-The Reimbursement Specialist will build and manage relationships acting as the conduit and advocate executing transactions on behalf of our clients. As a key member of Reimbursement Operations, the Reimbursement Specialist will participate in defining, executing, and initiating activities to assure an exceptional client experience.
-This position will be responsible for the day-to-day activity of a diverse portfolio of clients.
-The Specialist will participate in Client meetings, planning, and leading action register initiatives and projects.

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
*High School Diploma required
*Minimum of 4 years Customer Service experience in a high volume, multi-tasking environment
*Salesforce experience
*Intermediate Excel
*Excellent communication skills

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
