* Must be fully fluent/bilingual Spanish/English
* Need Call Center and Spanish speaking exp in job
* Healthcare experience preferred!
* *Must have open flexibility to work any day of the week between 9AM-9PM, including weekends - no preferences accepted*
* *No time off during 4-week training!*
* *Must be available to work some holidays*
*Job Summary:*
* Place and field calls, chats, SMS or emails
* Communicate with contacts in a professional and empathetic manner
* Collect and record information in the CRM
* Provide contacts with approved information and, if appropriate, refer them to additional resources
* Follow script. Representatives are not permitted to deviate from the script or provide information that is not included in the script.
*Work environment:*
* 100% Remote
* Equipment Provided
* 4 week training Mon-fri - 9am-5pm
* Hours: ***9am- 9pm EST 7 days a week - will provide permanent schedules post training***

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
