What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Sales Support Representative position at TEKsystems?
*Job Description*
* Manage an Outlook in box with emails of tasks across brands
* Enter orders and confirm back with Sales once complete.
* Email with Sales when incomplete information is given to get clarification.
* Enter in closeout orders to meet standards need for audit.
* Complete modifications to existing orders i.e. cancel units off, move units to new order from existing order, move dates etc.
* Utilize various tools to do this
* Will need to be proficient in excel Xlook up, Vlook up, IF formula, create pivots.
* Ensure the correct approvals have been provided for cancellations and follow up with sales when it is not.
* Communicate workload and request assistance to meet SLAs for completion of tasks.
* Works closely with sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management, and shipment.
* Maintains a specific territory of accounts based on sales representatives assignments.
* Territory Rep oversees orders from start to finish, anticipate problems and troubleshoot accordingly.
*Desired Skills & Qualifications*
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Minimum 1-2 years in a client facing customer service or sales support role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, v look-ups, macros (ability to use)
* Excellent verbal/written communication.
