*Responsibilities*:
* Oversee and manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise.
* Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time and within budget.
*Requirements*:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential remodeling or construction.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential remodeling project management.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).

Negotiable and based on experience
