* Will be working as a team lead but will also be responsible for billing/follow up as well
* Communicating with leadership and assisting with work distribution to the team
* Tracking and pulling reporting in Excel
* Coaching and delivering feedback to help the team reach their goals
*Necessary Skills and Strengths:*
AR Follow-Up | Diagnosis codes | Medical Insurance Knowledge
*Core Experience:*
* AR Follow Up Experience (5 years)
* 3 years of supervisory/team lead experience
* Must have experience working within EPIC
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $36.00/hr.
