Description : Areyou looking to get your foot in the door with healthcare?Join us as an ROISpecialist at our Springfield, OR location. In this role, you will beresponsible for processing all release of informationrequests in a timely andefficient manner, ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. You will safeguard andprotect patients'right to privacy by ensuring that only authorizedindividuals have access to their medical information and that all releases ofinformation comply withrequests, authorizations, company policy, and HIPAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process release of information requests, including retrieving, scanning, and transmitting medical records accurately and correctly.
- Validate requests and authorizations for the release of medical information.
- Perform quality checks on all work to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper invoicing.
- Maintain equipment in excellent operating condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, respectful, and proactive in identifying client concerns or problems.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and observe the dress code.
- Stay updated on existing state laws and fee structures.
- Work within the scope of position and direction, willingly accepting assignments and helping out during backlogs.
- Maintain confidentiality, security, and standards of ethics with all information.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
