*Description*
- Design and Development: Develop and customize identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- System Integration: Integrate IdentityIQ with other enterprise systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, and HR systems.
- Implementation: Assist in the implementation of IdentityIQ for user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Custom Workflow Creation: Develop and modify workflows, policies, and rules for role management, approval processes, and certification campaigns.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track identity management processes.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) in all identity management activities.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IdentityIQ issues, including performance tuning and bug fixes.
- Automation: Automate user provisioning and deprovisioning, and improve workflow efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with business, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide ongoing support.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, including design specs, integration guides, and user manuals for solutions and processes.
- Testing and Validation: Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Version Upgrades and Patches: Manage upgrades, patches, and version updates for SailPoint IdentityIQ to ensure systems are up-to-date.
- Compliance Audits: Support internal and external audits for identity governance and administration solutions.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
Extensive experience of Sailpoint IIQ, IAM principles, cybersecurity frameworks, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
