*Compensation*
The annual salary range for this role is $86,000 - $110,000/yr; commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
*The ideal candidate will have:*
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
* 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development or related CRM-specific engineering
* Financial Services industry experience, desirable
* Salesforce Developer certification is highly preferred.
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
* Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
* Experience with Salesforce integration, data migration, and third-party application integration.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience with agile methodologies and delivery

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
