*Description*
The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Digital Learning team is unlocking the UT higher education experience for online students, one distance learner at a
time. Our team works on a host of essential duties, all geared to impact the student journey and overall education experience positively. Among those functions are developing courses, recruiting new students, making the user experience as smooth as possible, and maintaining a virtual support community. Just as importantly, the Digital Learning team collaborates with faculty and multi-disciplinary partners across the university to bring the UT experience online.
* Responsible for integrating the client's new Salesforce organization for student success with their existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance.
* Develop and implement the data integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, leveraging the native Salesforce-to-Marketing Cloud connector as much as
possible.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to understand data requirements and ensure the data is cleansed, standardized, and ready for use in Marketing Cloud.
* Serve as a liaison between the technical and marketing teams to facilitate the seamless flow of student data from Salesforce to Marketing Cloud.
* Possess strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and data
integration best practices.
* Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Preferred experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and a contract-to-hire arrangement.

Digital Learning is utilizing Salesforce for their end to end student data experience. This is how they will gather leads as prospective students to enroll at the
university, sign up, get their enrollment paperwork, pay confirmations, then become a student. Once they become students, the goal is to use this data until graduation generating reoccurring revenue.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
