*Job Description*
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible to schedule and coordinate appointments with clients, physicians and examinees. This position ensures client specific requirements for provider specialty and location are met and that all ancillary services are arranged.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
* Need to be very comfortable and skilled on the computer ideally 1-2 year of experience utilizing scheduling systems and MS office. Ability to type 40 WPM.
* Must be comfortable handling spurts of high volume calls
* Must be comfortable constructing professional emails at a high volume.
* Someone that can multitask and prioritize their work. Working in a timely fashion to be able to process referrals quickly.
* Someone that is going to be working in a multi-screen setting.
* Someone that comes from a dispatch position is someone that would be considered.
*Shift:* Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.50/hr.
