*Job Description: *
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments with clients, physicians, and examinees. This position ensures that client-specific requirements for provider specialty and location are met and that all ancillary services are arranged.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients, physicians, and examinees.
* Ensure client-specific requirements for provider specialty and location are met.
* Arrange all ancillary services as needed.
* Handle high-volume calls and manage call spurts efficiently.
* Construct professional emails at a high volume.
* Process referrals quickly and efficiently.
* Work in a multi-screen setting.
* Multitask and prioritize work effectively.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
* Must be very comfortable and skilled on the computer, ideally with 1-2 years of experience utilizing scheduling systems and MS Office.
* Ability to type 40 WPM.
* Must be comfortable handling spurts of high-volume calls (20 or so every few hours).
* Must be comfortable constructing professional emails at a high volume.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize work, processing referrals quickly and efficiently.
* Experience working in a multi-screen setting.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.50/hr.
