Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using various tools and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Document and track all technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Continuously develop and enhance skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong technical skills, including Windows 7, 10, and Server 2008/2012.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
