*Description*
We have an exciting opportunity for a System Administrator to join our team in Atlanta. This individual operates as a member of the Systems Administrators team by engaging in technical research to assist with the delivery and ongoing support of innovation within the infrastructure operations environment. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards, controls and best practices according to industry standards. This individual will also be responsible for providing technical and thought leadership to the systems administration team.

*Monitor and optimize all installed systems and infrastructure
*Install, configure, test, optimize and maintain operating systems and system management tools
*Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
*Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers and Infrastructure engineers to implement those fixes
*Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
*Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
*Provide 2nd level support within the Infrastructure Operations team
*Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
*Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
*Advanced GPO Management to aid in proper control of our environment
*Modification and execution of PowerShell to aid in modifications of our environment.
*Azure Administration experience
*Participate in "on-call" rotation as a technical and functional expert
*Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
*Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while representing the company
*Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
*Other duties as assigned

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00
