* Understanding of computing technologies, protocols, and diagnostic software.
* Solid understanding of troubleshooting techniques.
* Communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to work independently.
* Coding and automation skills, such as PowerShell, VB, BASH, and others Apache Tomcat and Microsoft IIS servers
* Ability and willingness to work with others in a collaborative team environment
* Must be able to work flexible hours
