Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Health Services IT Manager to lead and manage information systems work groups, including application development, support, and security. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to design and implement processes that promote efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage information systems work groups, including application development, support, and security
- Select, train, motivate, and evaluate information technology personnel
- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, and review the work of staff responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining hardware and software applications
- Analyze information systems requirements and design and implement processes and improvements that promote increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct research on new and evolving computer technologies and recommend systems and improvements for the Department
Requirements
- 4 years of healthcare IT management experience
- 2 years of experience managing software development teams with .NET, C#, and SQL
- Agile experience
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment
