Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues using various tools and resources.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies by attending training sessions and workshops.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong technical skills, including Windows 7, 10, and Server 2008/2012.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
