What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telecommunications Support Specialist position at TEKsystems?
*Description*
Our customer is one of the largest Telecommunication Vendors in DMV and has a large present across the East Coast. They provide full turnkey solutions for both wireless and wireline sectors. Their wireless sectors are split up into a few groups, but ultimately support the major carriers (TMO, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Dish Network, and Crown Castle).
This position will be supporting the OSP for both wireline and wireless sectors. The Specialist will be working with underground telecommunications/utility excavation, and small cell deployment teams. Their main support role will be running the truck from a CDL perspective and helping the guys perform the loading and offloading of small cell equipment not limited to Pole Mounts, Base Units, Generator, Restoration Material, etc.
