Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Messaging in App and Web (Salesforce's new chat platform) and Experience Cloud for customer service portals. Candidates must have supported an org using Chat and/or Messaging to be considered.
Candidates need to have:
- 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Salesforce cloud, Apex, LWC, Messaging and Champion development experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow beyond Apex and LWC.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Messaging in App and Web (Chat platform).
- Experience Cloud knowledge for building customer service portals.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce integrations using Apex REST APIs or ETL tools.
- Proven experience developing and debugging LWC components.
- Ability to review, analyze, and debug code written by other developers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.
- Implement Salesforce Flows to automate business processes, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Develop and support Salesforce Messaging in App and Web, integrating it seamlessly into Service Cloud.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other platforms using Apex REST APIs or integration ETL tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow and communication between Salesforce and external systems.
- Champion Salesforce development and integration standards, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Perform code reviews, providing feedback and improvements to ensure optimal performance and maintainability.
- Clearly articulate the pros and cons of different approaches to solving technical challenges.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support for Salesforce components.
- Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and CI/CD tools.
- Use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and technical issues.
- Assist in defining alternate solutions to business challenges, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Research, analyze, and recommend new technologies, standard processes, tools, and techniques to enhance system performance
