Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into functional and technical specifications
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices across ITSM, ITOM, or other relevant modules
- Develop technical documentation including data flows, integration specs, and process maps
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure seamless integrations across systems
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within ServiceNow and cross-platform processes
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and act as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow functional topics
- Support testing, training, and deployment of ServiceNow modules and enhancements
- 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and development
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical solutions
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration architecture
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodology
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
