Duties :
- Greet visitors and direct them to the assigned clinician.
- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Assist with new inquiries and follow-up on action items.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with basic documentation tasks using EHR system and Excel sheets.
- Support office management by ensuring the office is clean and organized.
- Communicate updates with the appropriate clinician.
