Tekton Research is looking for a Site Manager to join our team in Wichita, KS!
This is a fully on-site position located at : 1130 South Clifton Avenue Wichita, KS. 67218
The Site Manager is responsible for effectively managing day-to-day site activities for optimization of site performance. The Site Manager responsibilities include but is not limited to : driving the site to achieve company goals; ensuring contractual obligations are met and work is completed in a manner that leads to client satisfaction; work with Tekton Leaders to problem solve issues that may arise that interfere with achieving company goals; represent himself / herself and the site in the most professional, ethical and positive manner; perform study coordinator duties.
Essential Qualifications :
- 3 years experience in the Clinical Research Industry
- CRC, Phlebotomy, and IP administration experience
- Supervisory / management experience or demonstrated definitive leadership skills
- Experience with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, sponsor interaction, and human resources preferred.
- Self motivated, team player with strong attention to detail & ability to multitask
- College or Specialized Degree preferred
