Job Title: Ordinance Equipment Mechanic
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay: 24.94/hr−24.94/hr−27/hr (W2)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, disassembly, repair, and testing of electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems.
- Conduct structural/sheet metal work, drilling, riveting, and airframe repairs.
- Use pneumatic, electric, and hand tools, along with precision measuring equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience with structural/sheet metal work and mechanical systems (automotive, aircraft, or similar industries preferred).
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Shifts Available:
- 2 openings for 1st shift, 1 for 2nd shift (7.5% pay differential for 2nd shift).
Interview Process:
- 1 phone interview, followed by 1 face-to-face interview.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
