EHS Assistant (Environmental, Health & Safety)
Location: 13995 Pasteur Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, United States

Job Summary:
The EHS Assistant will support project-based initiatives related to manufacturing, field service, and continuous improvement. This role focuses on the implementation of Carrier’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS) digital platform transformation and audit program execution. The ideal candidate will assist in chemical inventory consolidation, compliance audits, and other EHS-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Process Owners with the implementation of the EHS Safety Data Sheet program.
• Support Site EHS Plant Managers in consolidating chemical inventories for digital platform transfer.
• Execute audit compliance programs to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate on additional EHS projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management or digital platforms.
• Knowledge of chemical inventory management and EHS compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour
