Full Job Description
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership and plumbing skills to join our Commercial Services team. The Commercial Service Field Supervisor is responsible for enforcing company policies, running meetings with team members, reviewing job tickets, and much more. The right individual for this role will have a positive attitude and must have a vast knowledge of service plumbing experience to offer expertise and training to their team. Must be comfortable with working on-call to dispatch on-call plumbers and to assist with on-call work as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Review job tickets daily, working closely with field technicians, estimators and other team members
- Order and manage material for jobs
- Manage a team of technicians and apprentices; Monitor performance of team members to advise them on how to improve.
- Complete weekly jobsite visitations
- Support your team by answering technical questions and offering training/guidance where needed
- Set expectations for each team member, including safety and code requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.11 - $36.26 per hour
Experience:
- Plumbing: 5 years (Required)
- Leadership: 1 year (Required)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
