Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Associate
Location: Kennesaw, GA, 30144
Job Description:
Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ensure accurate material flow, maintain records, and support production needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and unload shipments.
- Supply materials to production lines, remove waste, and update status boards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments using UPS/FedEx/DHL systems.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and scrap processing.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) and inventory system knowledge.
- Forklift experience preferred.
Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and willing to work overtime as needed.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
