Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Directional Drill Foreman located in Richmond, VA at Team Fishel. The Directional Drill Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the directional drilling operations, coordinating with the team, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining safety standards on-site.
Qualifications
· Experience in directional drilling operations
· Knowledge of utility construction and installation
· Ability to coordinate and lead a team
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to work in an outdoor construction environment
· CDL license is a plus
· OSHA certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
