Overview:

Seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee operations, ensure product quality, and support team development. Full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, are offered. We have two full-time positions available in our production facility: Weeknight Shift and Weekend Day Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Follow directives from the Production Manager.
• Supervise and support team members through training and audits.
• Promote teamwork and employee growth.
• Assist with monthly team meetings.
• Complete daily supervisor checklists.
• Communicate line issues and maintenance needs.
• Collect and input production counts, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain employee performance records.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Operate all production line positions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting, climbing, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Preferred experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing or production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,164.90 - $75,000.00 per year
