Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Location: Stamford, CT
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Role:
The Project Coordinator supports the project team in delivering building projects, assisting with project administration under the Project Manager’s guidance. The role reports to the Managing Director of Construction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in client meetings and project requirements
- Support PM with proposals, RFPs, schedules, and communication charts
- Track submittals, RFIs, and approvals
- Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Prepare project close-out documents
- Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years in project coordination/admin in construction/real estate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Procore knowledge a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,265.80 - $65,352.36 per year
