Position Summary:
Responsible for managing lighting projects from start to finish with general supervision. This role involves overseeing project data, communicating with teams, and ensuring all project requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers, manufacturers, and sales teams
- Track and maintain project data
- Communicate project requirements with sales teams
- Perform material take-offs and create submittals
- Produce add order quotations and negotiate job buy-outs
- Handle order entry, material management, and project close-out
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills:
- Prior lighting project management experience, including reading project documents
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within strict timelines
- Proficient in ), Word, Outlook, and Bluebeam
- Strong math skills and a team-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
