The Operations Technician supports facility operations by managing grain loading/unloading, handling, and storage. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, housekeeping, preventative maintenance, and loading unit trains. The role also involves agronomy support and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- CDL preferred (training available).
- Technical skills or relevant experience.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with seasonal overtime and occasional weekend work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.26 - $26.80 per hour
