Job Summary:
A leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee production, ensuring high-quality manufacturing and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics assembly, PCB manufacturing, or related industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant operations, focusing on production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Manage budgets, labor, materials, and equipment to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet production and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or related industry preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based software and production management tools.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work extended hours as needed.
- Associate degree with 2 years of related experience OR High School/GED with 4 years of experience in plant management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
