Requirements:
- EPA Refrigeration Certification
- Forklift Certification
- Ammonia Refrigeration License
- HVAC experience (1 year minimum)
- CPR Training
Job Summary:
Responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ammonia refrigeration systems. Ensure tasks comply with PSM (Process Safety Management) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Program PLCs
- Complete maintenance logs and communicate across shifts
- Provide training to new employees
- Ensure work area and tools are maintained
Additional Skills:
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts, overtime, weekends as needed
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing environment with required safety equipment. No cell phones or jewelry on the floor.

Pay: $26.16 - $36.00 per hour
