Summary:
The Quality Control Technician II role offers hands-on experience in testing batches, documenting results, and communicating adjustments to Operations. The position provides exposure to multiple departments, including Laboratory, Color, and Quality Control, with opportunities to learn about manufacturing processes and laboratory testing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducted QC batch testing and suggested formula adjustments for specification compliance.
- Document findings and communicate results to team members.
- Enter data into Software and assist with analytical equipment operations.
- Continuously develop knowledge of product technologies and testing parameters.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and solve math problems involving percentages/ratios.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma/GED/Associate’s degree.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- Understanding of color coatings, color-matching, coating solutions, and testing parameters

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
