Job Summary:
We are seeking 2nd and 3rd Shift Process Technicians for our Reading, PA facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate mechanical aptitude, and have a strong commitment to customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tooling assembly, disassembly, and maintenance.
- Perform tool changes, troubleshooting, and adjustments.
- Document process settings and work with the team on minor process issues.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Standards, and ISO Certification.
- Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required (technical schooling a plus).
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food and beverage packaging.
- Mechanical and technical skills, including electrical/electronic diagnostics.
- Proficiency with computers (Word, Excel, Maintenance software).
- Experience in Continuous Improvement programs and thermoforming is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.31 - $25.00 per hour
