Maintenance Manager – Corrugated Packaging

Job Summary:
A leading sustainable corrugated packaging manufacturer seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations at its Lebanon, IN plant. This role is critical in maximizing machine uptime, reducing costs, and improving overall equipment reliability in Corrugating and Converting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Maintenance Department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues efficiently.
- Oversee equipment repairs, installations, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage contractor relationships and procurement of necessary equipment.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Work closely with plant leadership to drive productivity and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- 2-4 years of experience in Corrugated Packaging is a must.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and training.
- Expertise in mechanical operations, electrical maintenance, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Experience with utility systems, boilers, and compressors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
