Job Overview:
The Preconstruction Manager will oversee the preconstruction phase for Commercial, K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Municipal projects ($100K-$100M). This role includes cost estimation, trade partner coordination, team collaboration, and ensuring a seamless transition to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all preconstruction activities, including cost estimates, schedules, and project scopes.
- Lead client communication, value engineering, and risk assessment to align with project goals.
- Coordinate trade partners, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop professional deliverables, including estimates, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor market trends, cost escalation, and constructability concerns.
- Ensure operational readiness for the transition to construction.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of preconstruction or related experience.
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Building Connected).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
