Restoration Project Manager
Location: Somers, NY
Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager/Estimator to manage restoration and reconstruction projects following water, fire, smoke, or mold damage. This role involves scoping projects, creating estimates using Xactimate, scheduling crews, and coordinating with customers and insurance adjusters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project scope, estimates, and job performance using Xactimate.
- Schedule and manage crews, subcontractors, and resources.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, vendors, and insurance adjusters.
- Ensure documentation aligns with billing and client requirements.
- Build relationships with insurance adjusters and resolve project scope issues.
- Promote safety practices and deliver client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience managing restoration/reconstruction projects.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
