What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardware Engineering Fall 2025 Internship (Tektronix) position at Tektronix?

We are seeking a semester long Fall 2025 Co-Op to join our Hardware Engineering team! As part of the team, Co-Ops will be empowered to preform various hardware design tasks.

Requirements
- Work with Hardware Design team to solve problems and implement solutions that help maintain continuity of supply for our instruments
- Help solve customer issues and quality problems on a variety of test equipment such as DMMs (Digital Multimeters), SMUs (Source Measure Units), Power Supplies, etc.
- Help dig to root cause on manufacturing related issues such as first pass yield problems.
- Gain experience working in hardware design schematic and layout tools.
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (Please note: we will NOT be considering Master's Students for this position)
- Ability to work for the 2025 Fall Semester
- Possesses a general knowledge of analog/digital hardware concepts and theory with a passion to apply it to real world scenarios
- We look for candidates who will challenge themselves to gain a better understanding of precision and general test measurement equipment.
- Structured problem solving background/interest would be ideal
