Required Skills:
- 8-10 years, Project Management and Scrum Experience with large scale enterprise applications
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Leads Scrum meetings and creates and follows up on meeting minutes/action items.
- Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Candidates should have 3 years experience with data lake cloud environment, large-scale data migration and/or enterprise reporting projects.
- Retail experience is a plus
- Scaled Agile experience is a plus, including experience with Jira/Rally/TFS.
- Ability to communicate complex information to all stakeholders of the project status updates, roadmaps, timeline updates, risks, and issues. This would include executive status reports and project dashboards.
- Should be self-driven, proactive (someone that can take an initiative and drive to complete tasks and does not need daily directions) and should act with urgency
- Must have the ability to take the initiative and ownership towards project management and solution development. Primarily able to operate independently, with minimal supervision/direction
- Must be able to demonstrate project management skill set with past experiences on previous projects
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stays on the leading edge of software development best practices in an Program management
