We have an immediate opening for an experienced civil engineer, design engineer and engineering technician, with an entrepreneurial spirit to work on site development plans for residential and commercial projects. Great potential for personal growth, with possibility for ownership down the road. Job responsibilities will be based on experience. Full and part-time positions available.
Minimum Requirements :
1. Any combination of civil engineering education and experience. PE or EIT a plus.
2. Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License.
3. Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD LDD. Successful candidate must be able to use the program for site design; which includes roadway design, site layout, grading, storm drainage design, earthworks, road profiles, etc.
4. Proficient with MS Office.
5. Engineers must be able to prepare cost estimates, drainage reports, SWPPP and other project documents with little supervision. Familiarity with the 2021 KCSWDM, 2019 SMMWW and experience with hydrologic modeling preferred.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Able to work independently or in a team environment.
