Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with hands-on experience using Jama and Jira, and a PMP certification.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Use Jama to manage requirements, traceability, and risk analysis.
- Use Jira for sprint planning, tracking progress, and issue management.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Communicate project status and deliverables clearly with stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain alignment with PMO guidelines and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (active and in good standing).
- 10 years of project management experience in a technical or product-focused environment.
- Strong experience with Jama Connect and Jira Software.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
