Asset Life Cycle
Responsibilities :
Asset Life Cycle Management
CMDB Accuracy : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for enduser assets using the clients ServiceNow platform
Inventory Management : Coordinate with onsite teams to capture and update inventory details in the system maintaining data accuracy
Stock Audits : Conduct regular remote stock audits and generate detailed reports to ensure compliance and accuracy in asset records
Forecasting & Demand Management : Provide insights and detailed reports to support forecasting and demand management activities as required
Process Support : Support asset management processes to align with enterprise standards and customer expectations
