Job Description :
The client is looking for a very enthusiastic and driven Lead Data Engineer r to join the Telecommunications vertical and manage the delivery of the client-based Telco customer engagements
Requirements 6-8 years of experience in building and maintaining data pipeline architecture.
Expertise in Azure technologies (Databricks, ADF, Key Vault, Blob Storage) and Snowflake.
Lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure. Drive the adoption of best practices in data engineering, including coding standards, quality assurance and data governance Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and cost-effective solutions.
Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure continuous learning and growth. Experience assembling extensive, complex data sets that meet both functional and non-functional business requirements.
Proven track record in building analytics tools to derive insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and business performance metrics.
Ability to collaborate with data and analytics experts to enhance system functionality. Local to Atlanta (3 days in office required)
Key Responsibilities :
Build and optimize data pipelines for seamless ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) from diverse data sources.
Automate processes, optimize data delivery and redesign infrastructure for scalability.
Develop analytics tools that provide actionable insights for business performance.
Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure data systems are optimized for maximum impact.
