Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Program Director with 17 to 20 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex program execution, driving transformation across multiple projects, budget management, and communication governance.
This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure successful program delivery
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing multiple projects or complex programs for the clients
Define and drive transformational initiatives across the projects
Maintain strong relationship with the stakeholders and act as a liaison between client leadership and the teams
Establish governance for reporting, decision making and accountability
Identify opportunities for improvements and innovative solutions
Must Have's :
Expertise in handling large & complex programs (governance, budget and risk management)
Leading transformational initiatives / programs at scale (knowledge on latest technology trends including Gen AI)
Leadership and stakeholder management
