Job Description:
- Define, develop and apply performance/scalability benchmarks.
- Work in cross-functional teams to characterize, debug, and improve system performance and scalability.
- Work efficiently with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis.
- Devise and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance impacts of system changes.
- Plan and implement performance tests using an automated testing environment and conduct analysis of results.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews of complex solutions in cross-team engineering efforts and own quality perspectives for the design.
- Strong JMeter Experience, creating and running JMeter Scripts
- Strong Python scripting and framework creation experience
- Good understanding of Java
- Strong experience in identifying, debugging and performance tuning of virtual machines, Memory/CPU usage issues, thread unlocking etc.
- Good exposure in cloud technology (AWS), Kubernetes and DevOps tools/technologies.
Top skills required:
- Performance Testing and Tuning Java applications, Python, AWS cloud skills
- 7 years of experience required
