Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- The Client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead/Architect to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java and SpringBoot.
- Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of design patterns to ensure code quality and maintainability, providing architectural guidance on the use of SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Framework, and driving the adoption of microservices architecture to enhance system scalability and flexibility.
- You will also ensure the effective use of AWS services to optimize application performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java 11 and above.
- Oversee the implementation of design patterns to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Provide architectural guidance on the use of SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Framework.
- Drive the adoption of microservices architecture to enhance system scalability and flexibility.
- Ensure the effective use of AWS services to optimize application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Angular 10 into front-end development.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance the development process.
- Provide technical leadership in the Life Sciences domain, if applicable.
- Ensure that all architectural solutions align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Java 11 and above development.
- Proficiency in design patterns and their application in software development.
- In-depth knowledge of SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Framework.
- Expertise in microservices architecture and its implementation.
- Strong experience with AWS services and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong technical capability in Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, and AWS.
- Good leadership qualities.
