Job Duties:
- Support Global Trade Department: Provide comprehensive support to the Global Trade Department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Recordkeeping: Assist with maintaining accurate and organized records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of general administrative tasks, including preparing reports, tracking metrics, and managing documentation.
- MS Office Skills: Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, to create presentations, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Organization and Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Customer Service Focus: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Initiative: Demonstrate a high level of initiative, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and taking action to enhance processes.

Qualifications:
